Appearance: Short brown hair. Brown eyes. Dark skin. Hispanic. 6 feet tall. He wears the U.N MACS-14m power armored suit, colored blueish-white, with deep blue accents, and a light blue visor on the helmet.

Personality: Optimistic, Sarcastic, Jovial, constantly jokes, never takes anything seriously.

Weapons:
Leon's most unique feature is his ability. The black sun in his body allows him to move at insane speeds, darting across the battlefield. At times he can literally move a mile a minute, his speed is completely unmatched. One of his most potent powers is the ability to move so fast, time is slowed to a crawl, while he can still move at regular speed. However, the more he uses his powers, the more exhausted he becomes, and he needs to wait to regain his stamina. Overuse of his powers could first result in fatigue, fainting if used even more extensively, and even death.

Leon has a very simplistic arsenal, although very effective when combined with his powers. Leon wears the U.N standard issue Modulating Armored Combat Suit (MACS) 14m (m for "modified"), which is standard issue for most U.N soldiers. However, the suit and helmet have a more streamlined design to compensate for his insane speed, allowing him to move even quicker due to reduced drag. The suit is of blueish-white, with light blue accents and visor. The suit also has extra holsters so he can carry a large quantity of flash grenades for stunning large groups of enemies, and to escape a tough situation. His primary weapon is the U.N MX29 Heavy Assault Plasma Shotgun, a special modification to a previous model made specifically for Leon. The shotgun is incredibly large and bulky looking, being incredibly unwieldy for any average human. This shotgun has significantly more power, capable of shooting through several enemy soldiers with ease, sending them flying. Consequently, it also has insane recoil, to the point that no normal human could properly wield it. However, despite being nowhere near as strong as either Blake or Emily (bios in desc.), Leon still has strength above that of the average human, wielding this beast of a weapon as if it was a normal shotgun. The MX29 is an assault shotgun, meaning it can be either fully or semi-automatic depending what its set to, but no pumping is required. This shotgun also comes with several modifications, including a larger heat storage, allowing it to fire for longer without overheating. When it does overheat, the user simply pulls back the "pump" on the forearm, releasing excess heat, until the weapon has cooled down, essentially "reloading" the weapon in a very similar fashion to all plasma based weapons.

Overview

    Leon is an Aberrant and a major supporting character of the story, and is a primary source of comedic relief. Leon is considered by many to be a complete joker, and is constantly cracking jokes, even at the most inappropriate of times. Leon is considered by many to be incredibly good looking, thus, he often uses this to his comedic advantage, specifically with female characters. Despite his thing of not taking anything seriously, he does have a sympathetic side. He'll often come to the aid of anyone caught in emotional stress, and is often seen trying to brighten up the mood in various situations. Because of his optimistic behavior, a few characters actually come to Leon for a bit of emotional support.

    Similar to the other members of Ater Sol, Leon does not age. However, very similar to Meryl (bio in desc), Leon needs to eat, sleep, and drink, like normal humans. Also like Meryl, Leon is not affected in anyway in terms of looks, he appears as an average Hispanic male with dark skin, brown eyes, and brown hair. This, along with Meryl, makes Leon the least affected out of all other test subjects.

    Leon uses his speed and agility to act as a scout and vanguard for the team, sneaking into enemy bases, then leaving as soon as he appears. His quick speed and insanely fast movement allow him to move in and out of battle very quickly. This also gives him an edge in combat, taking down squads of enemies with his modified shotgun, helping cause panic in enemy units. Because of his shotgun, he is very potent in close quarters combat, making him a devastating character in cities, or other urban environments. Leon uses his abilities in conjunction with the character Isabelle (Bio coming soon), taking down enemies at close range, while Isabelle keeps him covered from long range.

    In the story, the character Isabelle has trouble existing in a social environment, her mind being heavily damaged during Blake's escape from the Seraphim labs. She can't emote, and has absolutely no idea how to behave socially, almost coming off as a sort of robot. For some reason, Leon decided to be the one to teach her how to behave. At first, the other members of Ater Sol were skeptical, thinking he was just joking around. However, he actually does begin to instruct Isabelle on how to act properly. Throughout the story, Leon teaches Isabelle on how to behave, constantly teaching her new things and what to do and what no to do in a social environment. This teaching leads the two to become incredibly close, at times making them almost inseparable. Although Leon's teachings help Isabelle dramatically, allowing her to actually hold proper conversations, she still lacts actual emotion in her speech, something that, tragically, no one can really change. (This whole subplot could lead to plenty of comedic moments and scenes)

    Leon's Black Sun fragment comprises the emotions that correlate to the Black Sun's "Humor." He is constantly making a jokes and is easily considered the "clown" of the squad, always finding some way or form to make a joke out of anything. Most of the other characters often find his jokes either unfunny or inappropriate, especially Emily. Despite this, Leon is also an optimist, someone who always looks on the bright sides of difficult situations. He is constantly acting as a sort of adviser to many characters if they are under intense emotional stress. Due to his behavior of never taking anything seriously, he often comes off as uncaring and insensitive to those unfamiliar with him.
